well i dont htink any of the gurus are on right now but ill give a wak at it, so is it just cranking and no start or no juice at all? i didnt think a exhaust pressure sensor would cuase a no start, if you want to replace it i belive its just right behind the hpop resivour, its a round pice, tan i think, you can miss it, its litterally inches from the top of the res.
it pulled three codes ... two were cps codes ... which i have already replaced ... and that one up there the 0470 was the other code which it is pulling ... i cleared the codes ... unpluged the scanner .. turned the ignition on then off .... plugged it back in and it pulled it again.... i dont know what the world it means... i hope someone here does
If you unplug the EBP sensor it will throw a code. You can unplug the EBR (Exhaust Back Pressure Regulator) though with no CEL like brownfalcon said above. The EBR is a 1 wire connector located under the turbo housing. The EBP sensor has a 2 wire connector and is located on the right side, front of engine behind the HPOP.

Yep, I've been getting that code ever since I threw away the sensor and tube and plugged the hole in the manifold.
