Those numbers are for K-ohms right? Well if they are I think your TPS sensor is alright again I can't remember the exact numbers but the fact that there is a large increase in resistance from closed to WOT means that it is working and I think the range is correct but I would trace the wires back to the computer and test the numbers back there to make sure there are no wire problems from the TPS sensor to the computer.
I had one that would jump all over the place right around the cruise position. It should change resistance evenly as you rotate it through it's range, if it jumps to infinity or goes high-replace. Best to do this with an ohmeter.
