Alternator

How can I tell what the Amp rating is on my Alternator,need to replace mine finally quit.

Stock should be either 130 or 110. It never hurts to have the higher powered one, but I thought that ford discontinued the 130 and the remans were comming in at 110 too. Mine was built by HO-Alternators (I bought it through Metra) and runs at 230A in the stock case. There are plenty of option if you feel you need more power.
