Recall few members posting pic's after having their trucks sweeping speedo reconditioned. I had mind done by Quality Mustang and pleased with results, to rechrome and make repairs it came to $125, this was few years ago and suspect the price has changed. Imagine other members will be posting additional sources.

Plastic Rechroming
Posted thread on 'wiper switch' for 65 F100 not too long ago and with the help of Numbers, and Camperspecial65, I was able to locate a replacement. Be prepared for sticker shock. Posting a link to the thread, may find helpful, should be able to contact a supplier who can confirm if they have the part and whether it meets the trucks application.

Try Haven first! I turned a member onto a super rare 1973/79 Race Track quarter panel moulding they had.
They charged him 39 BUCKS....the original list price!
FoMoCo Dealers are usually cheaper than obsolete parts vendors. Why?
Because the parts are obsolete, can no longer be returned to Ford...so they are STUCK with them!!

If you turn the stock and reproduction bezels around there is a concave tit cast in to the plastic to center and locate the accessory gauges.
They are made from the original ford tooling.
