1. A few weeks ago I go across town everything in good, eat lunch and come out, No A/C-no power to A/C digital screen blank, not even outside temp. So, I go to another stop I have to make, get out, come back and crank up and everything is good again-NO Problems.
2. Turned A/C off last week and blower keeps blowing on high, came home and checked these forums and figured it was the blower motor speed controller, as I read others had same problems. Well about a week went by before my work schedule would allow me to get the part needed for repair. Well it just started working again like nothing was ever wrong. Have any of you guys had any weird problems like these?
Since you did not give much info on your truck I am going to assume that you have the auto climate control. Using that scenario your electronic head control unit is going out. Next time it does it try turning the headlights on and back off. That will usually clear it but you are probably on borrowed time with it.
sorry, you are right, 2006 SD 4x4 crew lariat 6.0, with auto climate control,,,,,,is this head unit an expensive fix?

BAH, mines doing the same thing as his... You and your bad news..
If the headlight trick works I would run it till it dies and then replace it. Could last quite awhile if you don't mind turning the lights on and off now and then.
