The E4OD will bolt up to your 460. It is basically a computer controlled C6 with an overdrive module bolted on. However, to put this on what I'm assuming is a '72, you'll need all the computer stuff to go with it, and that may not be worth your trouble. If you wish to go the manual route, you can get a ZF 6-speed, but I'm not sure what this entitles elecronis wise. I would assume not much, it being a manual and all, but I've been wrong before.
Finally, some companies sell a switch operated overdrive unit that bolts onto the back of your transfer case or transmission. The only company I can think of off the top of my head is Gear Vendors, but check around, there are several others. These tend to run pretty expensive though.
A zf-5 speed is also an overdrive. It is in demand even from wrecking yards and might be tough to find. USGear is another reputable overdrive company. There are differences between the two though.
