460 A and 460 J

I recently bought a 78 F-150 with a 460. It's a 460 A. But what's the difference between the 460 A and the 460 J? Also, are there any web pages for Ford that list all the motor ratings and what not such as www.jeeptech.com for Jeep?

J and A are the same

You're talking the letter in the Vin #, right?
A for the E-series Vans

and J for the F-series trucks
