Help with Code P0781
Guys,
I have been having some hesistation trouble when taking off from the line. It feels like the truck isn't transfering the power to the rear wheels in 1-2 gears fast enough. The truck didn't throw a code until yesterday (P0781, 1-2 Shift error). I thought it was a leaf string wrap at first, so I bought an Air Lift, but the problem is still there. This problem has been going on now for over a year . I also noticed that when I shift into gears, I can sometime hear the truck shifting on some radio stations (AM), the same thing happen when ever I used the Blinker. About six months ago, my OD light came on and I took it to the dealer to see what the problem was. The dealer couldn't figure out why the OD light came on, and told me that I was just having some electrical problem and they would need to dig deeper. I didn't allow them to do the job because I new it was going to be expensive. I need some help really bad. Thank you

There are many rebuilding shops. I will go to BTS (Brians Truck Shop) in Arkansas to get mine rebuilt. BTS is one of the favorites on this forum. If you get it done local, try to find a shop that people recommend.
