im doing one to mine.
im taking the front end off a late 70's F-150 and just boltin it up to mine. but since my truck is lifted the guy im buying it from and i are going to see if we cant reuse some of my stuff now since i already spent the money for a lift. but im not quite sure how i do it till me and him talk about the conversion. but to me it just seems like you could bolt up all the stuff from the 70's front end to the truck and it would work fine.
see this article in the tech articles section.
I kinda wish I would have done this when I converted mine.

I am going to be doing one here in a few weeks and I am going to be useing the rear airbags off a Peterbuilt for my suspension along with 2 shocks per corner the air bags will give me the lift I want but i am also fabricating my 4-link to hold the axle in place As for swapping and useing leaf springs it is a pretty straight forward deal just make sure everything is square
