Anyone have some input on getting the OEM out and the 6.0 in without removing the intercooler or the condenser??? I'm just starting and would like to avoid any issues...

I guess it depends on the year of truck it's going into. On my 00', I pulled the bumper, my boss snow plow bracket, and loosened the condenser. Took the two lines loose and removed the two mounting bolts. Slipped the old out and the new in. The creative part is how you run your new lines and the splicing from one size to the other. That being said it wasn't that hard. Have a little extra fluid on hand to top off when finished. Drops temps! Did mine about six weeks ago and have only had the temp gauge pass the 140 mark once when plowing and was basically stuck in an area and working to get out, then it may have hit 160. Driving in town/highway, pulling light trailer, or plowing showing about 135. Of course it's pretty cold here in NW MT. Good luck.
