I have not changed mine yet. At how many miles should I do it? Also next time someone does it how about some step by step pictures? If I do it any time soon I will take some pictures and do up a HOW TO for the board.

No bleed hole.

If you read the manual they say to cycle the key on/off like six times to get the air out. I guess that is one of the reasons.
