Fuel Filter & Some Codes
(1995 Ford F-150 4x4 5.8L) OK, was driving down the road, truck hesitated, CEL came on briefly, and I resumed driving. Backstory, 3 days before this happened I ran the tank to almost empty. Refilled tank, would have to cycle key on/off a couple times to pressurize (about 2 weeks). So, to me this sure did feel like a fuel filter issue. I replaced what looked to be the original fuel filter (112,000 miles). Starts up and runs just fine now. Since I triggered the CEL I pulled the following codes in KOEO continuous memory: 211, 334. QUESTION: Could a clogged fuel filter that restricted gas flow enough to cause this hesitation have triggered the 211 fault? Thanks for your help in advance.
