Engine Light on hard acceleration
About a month or so ago I used my '05 SCREW (35k miles) to help a buddy dispose of some concrete slabs. After we loaded it up my truck looked like I had put a lowering kit on it! Driving down to the dump with this load I was going a moderate speed...maybe about 60mph or so. Didn't want to push it too hard. After unloading and leaving the dump, (Come to find out, after getting on the scales at the dump it was almost 3,000lbs worth!) while driving back I accelerated to pass a car. That's when I noticed the engine started running a little rough then the engine light came on. I slowed it down and after a mile or so the light went out and it ran normal ever sence. Well, a few days ago while on the highway, I accelerated once again to pass a car and once again it started running rough and the engine light comes on. Once again, I slowed it down and it goes off.
What's going on? Did I break my truck some how in my efforts to reproduce a Ford F-150 commercial?

Thanks!
