Save yourself some money and get them from ebay... I bought mine off there and saved a ton. Go with the motorcraft ones. Heres the link to someone who has some up for sale... eBay Motors: 8 NEW FORD MOTORCRAFT OEM 7.3 POWERSTROKE GLOW PLUGS (item 200279707088 end time Nov-26-08 19:00:00 PST)

I would say 4-6hrs for the job. Just take your time especially with the valve cover gaskets because they are expensive due to the wiring harness going through them.
