I need to replace mine. The diesel shop told me they would get me a price and then called and said it was ordered for $113. That was Alliant brand, he said it is a good brand and they buy there injectors also. Well I called around And can get a Borg and Warner brand sensor with a lifetime warranty for $72. Which one would you guys go with? Is the Alliant brand worth the extra?
I know that. Just really don't feel like waiting a week to get it from Clay. No offense Clay, try to order when I can. Just feeling cheap I guess. Its like $2600 in the truck in two weeks I am starting to get wore out.
Last thing I got from Clay he used USPS priority which is usually 2-day and sometimes overnight. You could call and ask for that ship method or get it from dieselorings which uses usps. Last thing I ordered from Bob was on a Sat afternoon and I had the package Monday.

Select USPS Priority on checkout and you will get it in 2-3 business days. Usually the cheapest option on small items as well
What is the stock one? It lasted this long so I would go with OEM

I would also only suggest stock sensors...
I agree going with a stock or Motorcraft parts since a EBPS will last 175k to 250k if not longer. Now the B/W with a lifetime warranty sounds like a good deal if it is calibrated correctly. I don't know anyone who has run a B/W ebps so I can't say good or bad about it. Many guys run the motorcraft or stock and never an issue again. I just replaced mine with a motorcraft ebps. And the only problem I have with the motorcraft sensor is that it is made in Mexico and stamped in the plastic part of the sensor. I was going to melt it off with a soldering iron !!
Had the truck hooked up to a scanner on Saturday and it was throwing the code for the sensor. Already replaced the tube. Maybe I will look into the USPS shipping from Clay. Want to support a fellow FTEr if possible.
