I used napa joints but it seemed like I was eating them up. I had one fail last spring and when I pulled it there was grease on every side but the one that failed. I gave up on them and went back to the ford sealed units. So far so good but I don't have many miles on them yet. They are spicer units and it doesn't get much better than that.

I always spend the extra money and buy the spicer joints. But I plow in the winter and pull in the summer so my truck gets a lot of changing gears. I have done this for all my trucks and have never had one of the spiders let go on me. You will have to look around though. Buy me there is only one motor shop that carries these joints. I want to say I paid close to $30 a piece.
