Update...
I found a spot on the wiring, above the #5 injector plug, that is questionable. There is a small nick in one of the wires possible caused by the heater hose laying across the wires. I ordered an injector wiring harness through International ( Thanks Brickie for that part number and the help) and it should be in today or Monday. I am hopefull this is the problem but if it is not I guess we will move on to the injectors and replace all of them.
I got my harness in today and noticed that the new one is slightly shorter than the old one. Is this because I am supposed to rerout the new one between the turbo and the oil filter?
WoooHooo...She is no longer sick. The wiring harness did the trick. Upon removale of the old one, I found several places that the wires where pinched inside the wire casing. Most noticable was in the area on the drivers side right before it goes between the filters and another spot upline from the #5 plug. In both of those places the wires showed signs of heat damage, ie: wires stuck together. I also found the Harness ground wire had recently been cut off.(Possibly when the Ford tech was doing a pin check). I ran the new harness between the filter and the turbo as it became obvious this was the way it was made to fit. I want to thank all of you, especially brickie, for all of the input and helping me save a bundle of money.
I can't do it yet, but everyone reading this thread should hit you w/ some "reputation points" Brickie - good job!
I agree bismic. It is not often that a complete stranger will give out his personal contact information and talk you through a problem. I only wish i could give him more "reputation points" than the system allows. Brickie saved me thousands of dollars. heres to you brichie

I would go back and tell that "Master Tech" that someone on a forum actually solved your problem for free rather than charging $100/hr and throwing possibly unecissary parts at you.
