Sound-proofing

I am sanding and repainting the underside of my truck in the constant effort to win the war on rust. I also have the tranny,trasnfer case and drive shafts out. When I get it all cleaned up I want to sound proof the bottom of the cab to help with road noise. Is there a spray on rubberized product that would help with this --and I figured would also protect the metal from salt during the winter. even a trowel on rubber product like some of the manf. use in the wheel wells
