Tachometer questions
My tachomiter works sporaticly at best on my 1980 bronco 302 does anyone have any ideas? +what hooks to my distributer center plug does this have anything to do with my tach it seys tack test on it "simple questions I currently do not have the answers to."

your tach gets its signal from the negative side of the coil not sure where it hooks up on the bronco. best thing get aftermarket tach only 4 wires to hook up. my 80 did the same thing ended up being the tach its self

there is a loose wire on the coil but dont know where it goes as the tack works sometimes and this wire is always completely disconnected i would like to use the original display if possible is there a place to order original parts anybody would reccomend bronco graveyard has all aftermarket bolt on dash style
