blue spring upgrade question
Hey all, was thinking about doing the blue spring upgrade this weekend but had a question. What exactly does it do and how does it benefit my truck?

raises fuel presure and some say better throttle response. but if ur tuned you prob wouldnt notice the throttle response. someone else will chime in and explain it in better detail but that the just of it.

The biggest benefit would be keeping your fuel pressure above 45 psi at WOT and saving the life of your injectors.

Does anyone have a "how-to" link to check fuel pressure? Do I just buy a gauge at Napa?

You will need that adaptor to go from 1/8" to metric with O-ring
For the life of me I can't recall the size of the silly thing.
If you search you will find a post that will tell you.
OR some nice person will post it here for you.
One other thing DON"T screw it in too tight you could crack the housing.
Just enough to seal it because it does have an O-ring

Fuel pressure test port thread fitting size is M12x1.5. Most gauges are 1/8" NPT

A lot of times it will be good (45+) at an idle, but drop below that at wide open throttle. It should stay above 45 at all times.
