It's the diesel treat. First one listed on the page.
I pick it up at a truck stop....the local Loves keeps it stocked by the pallet. It's a 96 ounce container and is slightly higher priced than diesel kleen, but worlds better IMO.
Scott:
I haven't heard of Howe's Fuel Conditioner. Can you tell me something about it, what size container, price and where do you get it?
Thanks in advance.
Rog
I can tell you about it. They use the only additive bottle I've found that does not leak once the seal has been broken. The plastic seems a little thicker as well. You can leave a bottle rolling around in the bed after you've started using it and it doesn't leak. Try that with one of the other brands.
I'm a big fan of additives or bio for the same EMA report scatgo mentioned, but I'll agree with Scott. Don't buy it for better MPG's. They all "guarantee" better mileage, but that may just be for folks who haven't been using additives and the initial doses help to clean things up a bit.
If you want better MPG's, change your driving habits. That's the only guaranteed way to get better fuel economy.
Thanks Chris, I appreciate it. I stopped keeping track of fuel mileage for two (2) reasons. They never seemed to change but for a couple of MPG, that is if I drove like I had an egg between my foot and the go peddle.
The second reason is that I have finally admitted to the fact that I'm a "Torque Addict" (so much for the egg) and that in itself blows the hell out of fuel mileage.
Chris & Rog, I couldn't have said it better myself. I just posted on Foreman post about the adrenaline, doesn't matter what I do, I don't get better MPG!
