I'm going to have to look to be sure, but I think my bushings for one side consist of two metal washers, two bushings, and the spacer. From the FRONT of the truck it goes washer, bushing, spacer the "cup" faces the rear of the vehicle, bracket, bushing, washer, than nut. If my memory serves right. I'll double check when I get home.
I just checked and the spacer only will fit one way. I had it on correctly. I emailed Moog so we'll see what they have to say.
From the front toward the back it goes: Cupped washer facing backward (around the bushing), big bushing, bracket, cupped spacer facing forward, small bushing, flat washer, nut.
Spoke to a guy at Federal Mogul today. He said that the torque spec is 100 ft. lbs. per Ford and both their black rubber and the thermoplastic blue bushings should be torqued to that spec. He thinks that the spacer I had might have had a defect and he was filing a complaint on my behalf so someone higher up would look to see if there's a quality control issue.
