Fuel filter housing part no.?
The fuel filter housing on my Superduty has a leak on top coming from wiring connection. I've look on ford parts sites, but cant find a listing for the alum housing that the filter screws onto? Anyone have a source to find this part no. ? thanks guys!
It would be rare for the housing itself to be leaking, very common for the orings on the fuel heater to go bad and cause a leak.
Like festus said you have to remove the filter and access it from the inside.

after i got a mirror to see the underside of the alum housing where the fuel filter goes on, I unscrewed the brass adaptor with a 1 1/4 inch socket. That dropped out the circular ss piece with a hole in it with the electrical lead. Is that the fuel heater? The fuel is coming out of the yellow plastic piece with the metal lead coming out. o-rings? looks like I need a new heaterdisk? jgtktjhyfvh./6ihjk!!!
