Iv'e been readin on here a long time and have gotten much help, thankyou all. Just wondering what you all think a 96 regular cab 4x4 powerstroke xl is worth? it has 89,000 miles, only option is a auto tranny. In last 2000 miles completely rebuilt the front end, installed all new ss brake lines hard and soft, diamond 4' ss exhaust, tymar intake, shift kit (tranny redone at 75,000 miles) tymar 4" down pipe, and so much more. bed is rusty but the rest is very solid. Truck runs and drives better then new. seems the value of these trucks has fallen a lot lately. I have almost $9,000 in her i know I won't get that much out of it. I hate to sell but recent job accident and economy forces me too. I have had so many 1 tons and this one has been my favorite!

 

That's the pits. A real tough call. I think that the best thing is to advertise on this forum as well as other as you will have a better chance of finding someone that will appreciate you PSD more than the general public.

I tried to post on here but they wouldn't let me? They Said I had to go to the classifieds which I could not find. I really want someone on here to get her, she is a great truck with super low miles and lots of work done right that a true lover of these trucks can only appreciate. It is on Craigs list in Cleveland Ohio but I really want someone on here to get her.

I don't think I am doing this, some kid called today and asked a bunch of stupid questions, I just thought to myself.....why. I put to much time into this thing and have owned many f 350's and always wanted a powerstroke and now finally have one the exact way I want it with only 89,000 miles. I can remember being younger and going to the ford dealer and test driving the new powerstrokes and knowing one day I would have one. I loved that burnt orange color but you never see any of them any more? Anyway I ain't doin it . To top it off I went to a budys towing company today and was talkin about a bed for it and he just so happened to not only have a real good bed but a whole 94 f 150 with a almost perfect body and interior for ............$800. I can drive this thing home it is all there just no title as it was a dui repo thing or something. I'm keepin her and finishing it the way I wanted. NOT FOR SALE!!!
