2002 supercrew 4x4

what trans dose the 5.4 f150, supercrew 4x4 have. mine has 210,000 and still doing great. i was just wondering so that i might get one cheap. ahead of time.

most likely its the 4r70w, but it could be the 4r100

Check to see if you have the cruise control mod, it is a new pressure switch and wiring harness on the master cylinder, consists of a fusible link. I can't remember if it affected my horn or not never check.

i have a 2001 with the 4R70w at 185k miles. I think that was standard for the 5.4L supercrew.

Mine was the 4r70w also but it crashed at 140k. Runs great now that it is all refreshed with the TRansgo kit and all. Really improves the downshift when passing someone.
