OK, 98 ext cab 150. Backstory: took the back seat out to remove back windshield for leakyness. Decided to clean entire truck so removed front seats and seatbelts. Now here's the problem. The passenger seatbelt will bolt to the top, and bolt the second bottom portion. But the return mechanism has frozen... and it's only when i remove the seatbelt from the truck. It's clean, no grit/grime but when everything is bolted on, the mechanism sits halfway up the backrest! Help please!
