Codes P1295 and P1297

Codes P1295 and P1297
Hi All,
I just changed the plugs on my 2003 4.6 Expy. She has 104,000 miles on her and was running rough and showing an intermittent misfire on 5 and 8.
When I changed the plugs, I loosened the fuel rails on each side as I did the work. I did not remove the rails or replace the o rings.
When I restarted, she ran smoothly for about 3 minutes and then developed a rough idle. The SES came on and the new codes
are P1295 and P1297.
I think they are injector related issues but don't have a clue where to begin.
Any and all advice is appreciated.

Thanks. I had the Autozone clerk write it down and those were the numbers. I guess I'll try another store.
I thought I'd take off the Throttle body and clean it to see if I could make it go away. In the process I broke one of the bolts (10 MM - not the long one with the fitting). Can I replace it with a steel bolt from Lowe's or is there a special type/hardness/thread I should use for this?
