Not sure how those in red above were missing part of the numbers but they are fixed now = Cyl 1-8 open ckt or IDM issue.

I finished comparing/verifying my list with the codes found here. I did find a PDF document containing more generic codes. They are Ford DTCs, but not vehicle specific, meaning I don't know if they apply to gas, diesel, or both engines. A google search for "ford dtc codes" is how I found it.
