Check LMC Truck, they have the headlights and tailights you are looking for. You can go on the website and look, order a catalog or whatever.

I don't like the euro lights. Most if not all a cheap made in China crap. They don't aim the beam correctly and tend to turn yellow faster than the regular ones.
The euro altezza or whatever tail lights look like fast n furious crap. They do not belong on a F150 or any other truck for that matter.
Also the blue tinted headlight bulbs will not be any brighter than the regular clear halogens. They actually reduce the amount of light coming out. They appear whiter but are actually less bright.
Thats not to say you can't get better bulbs though. See threads below.
Also HID retrofit kits are illegal, so please don't do that. They are a annoying to oncomming traffic.

u can trust ebay just get buy something with the buyitnow i been using ebay far a year with the probs shipping is fast too im happy with the lights i got off there they look killer
