411 code 96 f150

Ok I rented the vacuum tool. One of the AIR valves pulls vacuum after I start it up but the other does not. I checked power to both with a test light and they both are getting power. The solenoid that doesnt pull vacuum is E7TE 9H465-BA. Should I replace it and where is the best place to get one?

No I didnt check but I swapped one from a friends truck that weren't functional and it tested good. It has been just under 100 miles and no CEL so it should pass on monday. Thanks alot for all your help you made pinpointing the problem pretty easy.
130 miles and still off. Thanks again. Talk to you in 2 years lol.
