clock spring wiring

Please help! I have a 2001 F250 Super Duty XLT, 5.4. I'm in the middle of replacing the clock spring. All is going well except that I can't see where the little curved connector on the clock spring main harness goes. Before removing the old one I noticed that this connector was unplugged and broken. From a Chilton book it looks like it may connect around near the lock cylinder for the ignition. But I sure don't see anywhere that indicates this. Can anyone help?

If its the single wire, then yes its for the ignition, after the cylinder is removed it should clip onto the metal of the column where the cylinder enters.

Thanks for your help, rwilimo!! It took me a little bit to figure out how, but everything works great now. The job over all was easy. I got a dorman OE model from NAPA, which was a little different from factory, but once I figured out that you have to remove little shipping protectors, everything fell into place. Thanks again
