yup. that is what i have been hearing from a few friends that work in the bayway refinery.
they also said that there are more additives in the new fuel rite out of the refineries than you would get with a recomended dose of diesel kleen

 

I OVERDOSE on Diesel Kleen when I use it. I don't add it to the tank very often but I do fill the fuel filter whenever it comes off.
I can't say for sure if it has helped anything but it hasn't hurt.

 

I use diesel kleen from time to time, and motor oil from time to time. Don't know if it helps or not, but it runs good.
