engine stalls and od off light flashes

engine stalls and od off light flashes
hey guys i have a 2002 excursion v10 auto 4x4. when i put it into gear the motor stalls out. starts right back up but the od off light starts flashing. could my torque convertor be locked up?

Thats what it sounds like. Get the codes read, when the OD light flashes, there are codes stored.

No, could just be the converter lockup solenoid.
