Injector noise or motor noise is decreased enough to notice the change.

I have been running the Wally brand for quite some time now. I add 1oz per gallon when refueling does the best for me. I can't say if the use helps MPGs but I run 4.5" of lift on 35"s with a 15-16MPG of mixed driving.

How much residue are you seeing out the exhaust?

I haven't noticed any increase in soot from what I can tell. Since TCW3 2-stroke is ashless I'd expect there to be little if any actual increase over what is coming out without the added 2-stroke to the fuel.

I went to Wally to get some of the ashless oil but all I found was the Super Tech TC-W3 so I didnt buy it. Heavy Assult I am asuming this is the ashless oil to use since its waht you are using.

Also If I keep using the Fuel conditioner with the Ashless will I be ok. I am not driving the truck as much anymore and I want to do the best for this truck I can. This seems like some good, cheap insurance for the injectors to las a while.

I just want to make sure that if I keep the regiment of MC fuel conditioner I will not do any harm. I guess that if I continue with the fuel conditioner and the TC-W3 that I wont have to add such a heavy dose of conditioner.

Am I on the right track with my thinking or am I all backwards with this.

That was the right stuff. Try using the TCW3 without the MC stuff to see what happens over the next few tanks.

I will , I think I read on the bottle that it contained an anti-gel, however the MC stuff I use in the summer is mostly for the Cetane boost.

I will oick some up tomarrow, I have to get some more Rotella too. It will take me a while to get through a few tanks.

How much are you adding at a fill up.

1oz per gallon, I use a 32oz water bottle filled up when I refuel at any tank level. An AQUAFINA bottle has a wide mouth making it easy to fill from the 2-stroke container.

Heavy... do you use any conditioner/additive in addition to the 2-stroke oil? I picked up a gallon today to try in my new to me '04 PSD.

I have stopped using any other additive since I know what the TCW3 does for my motor, it just plain works, so I'm sticking to 2-stroke oil.

Oh YES! The first time I put a quart in my fuel tank at a fill up, the my injectors quieted down with-in a few seconds. I'm not saying it was a little quieter. I was like night and day! There were no doubts that there was a positive effect!

It took me two tanks to start hearing a difference. It is a huge difference.

As long as the oil is rated TCW3 or ashless it should be good to use. I would just stick with an oil rated as TCW3.

FYI, TC-W3 is the correct way to list the oil. It's an NMMA certification of 2-stroke oil.

I am on my fourth tank with the 2 stroke oil. I have really noticed now it is like everone said, night and day difference quieter. Like heavy said you can use the other oils but why pay the extra for the name when you can get the same thing at wally world for less. Just my .02. I have been adding 2 16oz bottles at every fill up. Thats usually 2 to 3 oz's more than the 1 oz per gallon raiting that everyone seems to follow. I will have to try Heavy's idea with the water bottle. I havent noticed any power or milage difference but you can hear the difference.
