6637 Filter
Has anyone built their own box to fit around the 6637 filter to keep the hot engine air out? Maybe re-use the stock box in some way?

I think most of the folks here like to run theirs in the open.Install it and cover it with a Pete's cover and hear the air flowing. That is the way mine is installed.I had a cone K&N and did away with the cone and used everything else, installed the 6637 on the end.

There are a few people that make their own cold air box for the 6637. They may see this thread and show a pic.

I do Lee. I have some modification to do to them. With everything that has happened I spaced them out. I still have the address of those that asked for them though.

Jim - That filter box looks great - Did you paint it or is it powdercoated?
