This is an old thread. The current question as of 11/15/21 has to do with the 4 speed OD.

The original question had to do with transmissions available in Ford trucks, specifically the NP435, T18 & T19.

The difference between all those and the "465" is that, I think, you are talking about the SM465. That is a Muncie transmission, a GM product found in GM trucks.

It could be adapted for use in a Ford at considerable expense and trouble. I would venture there are exactly zero of these in Ford trucks as it wouldn't make much sense to do that given the availability of the OEM boxes.
