CDR part numbers

CDR part numbers
I can't find any part numbers for a replacement CDR valve, Ford, Napa, Echilin, etc. Anyone have a box lid laying around? Considered washing out with gas but it looks like someone hit with a hammer a few too many times and I want to replace it. All I can find online is the grommets to the valley cover.
