I really need to know what the part # is to replace that either through ford or an aftermarket solution.

On my 7.3, the piece I got from ford was a short piece of rubber tube with grommet attached. The CDR only had a short(1") piece of metal nipple on the bottom, which slid into that tube.

Not sure what yours looks like, but I bet you could modify your CDR to work with that piece, if you can find one at Ford.

If not, well, just make something and seal it really well with silicone. All you need to do is hold atmospheric pressure back; there's no real pressure in the crankcase.

If that grommet fits, yes you can use it. I'm not sure if that specific grommet is available anymore, most people come up with something else that fits and goes with it.
Again its not really holding any pressure, so whatever seals in the oil is good to go with.

A tube of silicone and a case of beer will fix it no problem. Other wise come to canada I got two you can have for free.

Grommet for the intake pan is E3TZ-6A892-A
The tube is E8TZ-6A892-A
The CDR "adapter " is E3TZ-6A665-A

I am 95% sure this is correct. I just bought all parts a few months ago and still have the packages at home. Just not in front of me....

These may not look 100% like what you have. Do a Google search of part numbers to get picks. You will see that it should all work for you.
