The rockers you have are not made by Blue Oval as many seem to think but by Oval Industries (2 different companies). I think you will also find that Mid Fifties carries the same brand as most of us do. There was a supplier in Ohio that made the best ones years ago but I haven't seen or heard of him in a while.

I may try this this weekend. I'd still would have liked to have it look like a 55 though and not a 56. That being said if were filled you probably could not tell.

If you do the filling it will look like the 55,which was cleaner looking and why I filled mine.
