Need a cam and valve springs

My motor is out getting rebuilt and the cam has some wear in it and prob ought to be replaced. Whats a good place to get one? Any aftermarket or preformance ones that will be worth while
Also have a couple weak valve springs and was gonna do them rather than shim. Where's a good place for them? I found the hi preformance ones from hypermax for over $700 which is insane

Stock cam will be fine.
Hypermax are good but $$$.
Try Beans also. WOP has them I think too.

Comp cam 910-16!
For the cam I would just go stock. I have not heard any definite answers on whether any good cams are available. if they are they are probably "race only" for driveability

I've noticed on the comp cam 910-16 springs different places list them with different ratings. I think Jeggs said 415lb/in and saw some others down around 385lb/in. What gives with that? Shouldn't they all be the same if it is the same part number?
Where shoulkd I go on the cam? Ford, IH, other? The best I have come up with online is a part number from IH

I don't know about the spring rating other than I am guessing one of them is wrong.

On the cam get a part number and call around. Buy from the cheapest source. I will see if I can come up with a ford Part number for you tomorrow.
