Just curious numberdummy, would the gas pedal rod include the adjustable part that screws on?
DOTZ9D702A the stabilizer rod, comes with an adjustable pivot that threads onto the rod. This pivot fits to the bellcrank, is held on by a clip.
DOTZ9A702A the accelerator rod also comes with the same adjustable threaded pivot, which fits to the pedal. A similar clip is used to retain it.
btw: These clips are right/left specific.

Super, that makes things alot easier. I do know about the right and left specific clips, I had one break on me and I had to buy an assorted set at the local parts store. Again a big thanks all the way from arkansas
I'm goin to give them a call tomorrow.
It's been so long since I've had to do this, I don't recall where I got the small ball ends. Not sure if it was Napa or Lowes? The rod ends were one piece, not able to dismantle them.

Yeah, hot rod shops, dune buggy shops, 4 wheel drive shops and certain well
stocked hardware stores all got 'em. :) Ask for 'em by name "Heim joints".
If it were me... I'd leave the NOS stuff for those that are showing them and
have to be original. For using it, I'd go with a straight rod setup like Freight is
talking about which is what came stock on my '75 360FE. But mine's not as
fancy and high of quality as Freight is talking about tho.
