You can but a set of hids on e-bay for about a hundred dollars and they will plug right in, but make sure you get a set with an isolating relay or add one, without it the computer or something on the truck will make the hid's flicker like a strobe light. Most of them are only 35w but they are ten times brighter that any other bulb, there is no comparison. They have some that have a regular bulb for low beams and hids for hi beams, just ask for a hi-lo kit. They may not be legal in your area though. After I replaced the headlights I took the stock bulbs and put the in the fog lights and hooked up both the hi and lo beam and it melted the housing around the bulb, I would not reccomend it.
