Replace them with new ones from Amazon or eBay. Less than a hundred bucks and takes about ten minutes.

You can spend $25 on a good headlight restoration kit and spend 2-3 hours doing each headlight and still have crappy lights, and get to repeat it every 6-8 months since they will continue to yellow and get hazy.

Or spend $50 and get these.

Get new Headlights

Got the pair last month from RockAuto for $68 delivered.
Not OEM, I'll see how long they last.
My time is worth more.

Has anyone used a restoration kit on F-150 headlights? Mine appear that they are not acrylic, and have 3 nubs similar to glass type headlights.

I used a 3M kit on my son's G35 coupe and it came out fantastic.

Mine were fogged out. Bought a cheap set off ebay or rock auto $60ish as well. Held up super over the last two years, in salt country even. I tried the buffing stuff, The home brew idea's of buffing and bought the 3m buff kit. None of it holds up for very long. They always looked nice after buffing, But I just ended up wasting my time. In my opinion, Save your time and money, By the cheap lights.

Here's what I did on my Mazda. It's only been a few months, but so far, so good. Seems like it should last longer than the polishes.

FWIW, the problem I have with replacements is that they usually don't fit quite like OEM parts.

I have had great success for short term improvement using toothpaste and a toothbrush. (I used crest) improved lights for around 2 months before they faded back.

Video demonstrates how to do it. Fairly straight forward.
