Unfortunately Jim hasn't worked since last October. I got hurt needed surgery and that forced my business to close. I fought with comp and they finally paid. Now I am fighting with Unemployment they denied me because I owned the business. I am in the appeals process now.
The light got way brighter for me yesterday. Thanks again all!

Jim, I too am so glad for you regarding the house issue. I know that it not only relieves a huge financial burden, but also opens the doors for you to be looking forward instead of just right there around you.

Good morning everyone!
It is a killer thunder boomer day here. Just gave dog her Prozac this morning so at least she isnt 60 pounds of wild child during storm. I was hoping to finish spraying ground clear but no such luck. GRRRR! Cannot mow slope lawns either. That miffs me off but rain is for a reason. There will come a day when i will be begging for just a little rain to come my way. At least it is no longer raining in my heart so that is a most excellent thing.
Thank you for prayers yesterday. means a lot. To hear the difference in Jim's voice before and after court was huge change. Like night and day.
I truly know that if God had a refrigerator y'alls pictures would be on it. Cause y'all are just so dayum amazing.

This is what happens when you're a dumb *** and you try to pass a semi on the right when said semi is going to make a right turn into a drive way. This happened today at work. That little truck got drug from out on the road to where you see it in the pictures.
His rear end was stuck to the semi. We used a cutting torch to burn him loose.

Yeah, I always fear that for my wife too, she owns her own grooming business out of the house and if she ever got hurt we would loss a good portion of our income. The killer is she pays disability taxes, unemployment taxes, and all the rest, but if she ever lost the use of her hands she couldn't collect according to the state because she owns the business. I just hope and pray that she stays healthy, and safe until the day comes she wants to close shop on her own.

I was surprised to hear about this hearing. I thought it was all over with.

Tom has been diagnosed with PMS (Power Stroke Modification Syndrome) this is a highly contageous disease to which there is no cure. To lessen the symptoms he need to be under the constant, expert, supervision of us here on FTE.
Under the American with Disabilitys Act he will be expected to receive his full pay and any benefits that he is currently receiving.

Yesterday was supposed to be the finalization of the divorce Dan, but due to the issues with my ex not here to sign on the sale of the house. We had to go to court to have them assign someone to sign on her behalf. The closing will go according to plan and the proceeds held in escrow. The judge ok ing this was a miracle in it's self. 90-95% of the time things like this are denied. My lawyer taked to the clerk of court and they said that it was more than likely going to be denied and so did a few of th lawyers that she had talked to. My lawyer was asmost in shock when the judge approved it without a thought. The judge was looking at the court records and even asid to me" Mr' Souza I am so sorry for everything that you have been and are going through with all of this" This was right after she approved our motion. The night before I said a prayer and left it in Gods hands and he did what he saw fit.
