I actually mentioned that to my lawyer and she said that it would only prolong the whole ordeal. I have a feeling that she is going to try and pizz her off in court so that the true colors come out.
Great minds think alike I guess!
A while ago dad was in court for a subdivision partnership gone wrong. His lawyer had the other guy's tripping over himself. Figuratively of course. Still waiting on a verdict for that one.
How old is J-L now? I believe you said she was 9 or so. I'd think that J-L's choice of who she would like to stay with would have a lot of weight in court.
Edit: I'll second Brad's offer of if you need to hide anything you can put it here.
I've got 100+ acres of open land you could put stuff on and I've got a few thousand square feet of space inside buildings you could put stuff. Not forever, but until you're settled somewhere.
Good luck on the 30 mil. lol. What would you do with that much money?
Anything I wanted to! The way inflation will be in a few years Im sure I might need it! lol
Parents would def get a few mil each and then I would invest in a few funds I have that actually STILL make me money and are tax free when I wanna take the $$ out later on in life. Then buy me a decent house on a lot of land with a little pond or something on it and Ill be set, at least for now!
I also never knew Mark was in one piece to begin with. Always kind of figured someone would have harassed him about taking pictures of those joggers he was so fond of in the warmer months.
Is it illegal to take pictures of people at a public place like the beach?
It's not illegal to take pictures on the beach. However, if he tries to sell the pictures without getting permission from the people in the photographs, then he can be sued for damages.

J-L is 9 going on 20 at times! I appreciate your offer also Pete. I'm just taking things one day at a time now. That is one of the things that I have to talk to the lawyer about. I don't know if J-L will be in court that day or if the lawyer will just talk to her.
Yup, it was at 3:30. I impressed the lady doing the interview by being early. I think I have a very good chance at getting the job. So I just got to get a few things to the lady who interviewed me, and then its just a waiting game.
