It may take you time, and you might have to change where you look...but that someone special is out there looking for you. It took my dad 3 marriages and 35+ years to find the woman that loves him for who he is. The funny thing about their relationship/marriage is she's a pediatric psychologist.
I agree, you need to live with your girlfriend/boyfriend before you get married...let alone start a family. I'm not talking about for the extended test drive of the benefits; I'm talking about if the two of you can stand each others quarks. I lived with my wife for a little over a year before we got married; I'm not proud of it...but I'm not ashamed of it either. I'm by no means an expert on relationships...heck I just about lost everything last summer (career & family). Yeah, I was out of work for 6-7 months and it took over a month to work out most of the issues we had...but with the help of my wife, we managed to put everything back together. We both made mistakes, and we both regret what happened...but we learned from them and have tried like crazy to keep it from happening again. This down economy hasn't helped matters, but things are getting better. At least this time around things seem to be going allot better, and we've learned from our mistakes.Wait until you find the first gray/white hair on your head...or in my case, beard. I didn't think at the age of 33 I'd have 'em..but there are a few there, and my wife points them out from time to time. How sweet of her to do that.
Very well put guys!!!

Good Morning All

Morning everyone.

Surgery in your arm Pat?
Yeah.. Shoulder..6 weeks in a sling But looking up the surgery, it should be a done deal when all is said and over with, I found that no one has ever regretted having it done. ( I didnt look that hard though )

Doc says I can be back into strength training when I complete the Physical theropy.

not sure what a Z pack is.
i am on levaquin, a very powerful antibiotic, and a cough suppressant with a healthy dose of codeine in it.

a zpack is a antibiotic that you take two pills the first day and one pill each day for 6 more days!

z pack

"What is Zithromax?
Zithromax is an macrolide antibiotic related to erythromycin.It fights bacteria in the body.

Zithromax is used to treat many different types of infections caused by bacteria, such as respiratory infections, skin infections, ear infections, and sexually transmitted diseases.

In children, it is used to treat middle ear infection, pneumonia, tonsillitis, and strep throat.

Zithromax may also be used for other purposes not listed in this medication guide.

Important information about Zithromax
Do not use Zithromax if you have ever had an allergic reaction to azithromycin or similar drugs such as erythromycin (E-Mycin, Ery-Tab, E.E.S.), clarithromycin (Biaxin), telithromycin (Ketek), or troleandomycin (Tao).

There are many other medicines that can interact with Zithromax. Tell your doctor about all the prescription and over-the-counter medications you use. This includes vitamins, minerals, herbal products, and drugs prescribed by other doctors. Do not start using a new medication without telling your doctor. Keep a list with you of all the medicines you use and show this list to any doctor or other healthcare provider who treats you.

Take Zithromax for the entire length of time prescribed by your doctor. Your symptoms may get better before the infection is completely treated. Zithromax will not treat a viral infection such as the common cold or flu.

Take Zithromax capsules on an empty stomach 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal. Zithromax tablets or powder oral suspension may be taken with or without food.

Do not take antacids that contain aluminum or magnesium within 2 hours before or after you take Zithromax. This includes Rolaids, Maalox, Mylanta, Milk of Magnesia, Pepcid Complete, and others. These antacids can make Zithromax less effective when taken at the same time.

What should I discuss with my healthcare provider before taking Zithromax?
Do not use Zithromax if you have ever had an allergic reaction to azithromycin or similar drugs such as erythromycin (E-Mycin, Ery-Tab, E.E.S.), clarithromycin (Biaxin), telithromycin (Ketek), or troleandomycin (Tao).

If you have any of these conditions, you may need a dose adjustment or special tests to safely use Zithromax:

liver disease;

kidney disease;

myasthenia gravis;

a heart rhythm disorder; or

a history of Long QT syndrome.

FDA pregnancy category B. Zithromax is not expected to be harmful to an unborn baby. Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant during treatment. It is not known whether azithromycin passes into breast milk or if it could harm a nursing baby. Do not take this medication without telling your doctor if you are breast-feeding a baby.

I would have thought you would have had some type of steroid and z pack by now.. But again.. no expert here, and I am not trying to throw doubt on the Doctor either, I was just a wondering.
