Thanks Steve. I've always been successful in work, less so in relationships. I'll keep chuggin along..I have not changed much. I am more mistrusting and probably bitter, but I am still the same old me.
Lisa, sorry to hear all that but it sounds like it is for the best. You will be much happier in CO away from someone who doesn't care for you, and you will be with your family. I wish you luck finding a place and hope your employer goes for the telecommuting. Let us know if there is anything you need.
lisa,
when i found erin i was working in the service pit at werner i had grease, oil, diesel fuel, etc. all over my hair and uniform, i wasn't very looking, she caught me walking thru the breeze way there. and just said hey, what are you doing. and her truck[semi] was next in line for a service.
Give a person the benefit of the doubt, get screwed. Starting to become a cliff-note in the story of my life.
There are some folks out there that refuse to take responsibility for their actions...or don't care who they hurt because of it. Not all men are pigs; but just like bad drivers, a few give the rest of us a bad rap. I don't know the details of what went wrong...and really I don't need to; but I'm sure you will find someone that thinks you hung the moon and worships the ground you walk on. It may take you time, and you might have to change where you look...but that someone special is out there looking for you. It took my dad 3 marriages and 35+ years to find the woman that loves him for who he is. The funny thing about their relationship/marriage is she's a pediatric psychologist.

I agree, you need to live with your girlfriend/boyfriend before you get married...let alone start a family. I'm not talking about for the extended test drive of the benefits; I'm talking about if the two of you can stand each others quarks. I lived with my wife for a little over a year before we got married; I'm not proud of it...but I'm not ashamed of it either. I'm by no means an expert on relationships...heck I just about lost everything last summer (career & family). Yeah, I was out of work for 6-7 months and it took over a month to work out most of the issues we had...but with the help of my wife, we managed to put everything back together. We both made mistakes, and we both regret what happened...but we learned from them and have tried like crazy to keep it from happening again. This down economy hasn't helped matters, but things are getting better. At least this time around things seem to be going allot better, and we've learned from our mistakes.

Wait until you find the first gray/white hair on your head...or in my case, beard. I didn't think at the age of 33 I'd have 'em..but there are a few there, and my wife points them out from time to time. How sweet of her to do that.
In little pieces inside the big ol incinerator is an even better, Jim. Turns 100 yds of ground wood into enough ash to fill a 55 gallon drum. Like your chances of being found?

The smell would draw attention to your "BBQ". Best bet is to bury the body with a healthy helping of lime...helps speed up the decomposition. To really help your cause, find a location where the USDA is filling in a strip mine.....

Sorry Lisa.
Good Morning all!!! Tom, any better?
Well, final count down.. 6 days until I loose the right arm for 6 weeks.. THis actually kind of bothers me..there are so many things I use the right arm for, now I have to go out and train the left..The good news, I should be a regular on the OT starting next week Wednesday, for at least 2 weeks that is.
Anyhow, you all have a great day!!! and who has coffee?
I know of a mine up in the Colorado rockies....old...very deep, no idea how deep it is because you can't see the bottom. Abandoned over 100 years ago and filled with water. Chock full of lime and other types of minerals.
With a good anchor, no one would ever find that body.
