What im going to do is put the 289 in until i can find a 460 and then stroke it and make a serious mudder out of it. Maybe upgrade to a bit bigger lift and 44's.

I have a 67 mustang to put a 390 in so ill tackle that one next.

i was reading how you took your big block bell housing off of your t-18 tranny and put a small block bellhousing on it to fit your 289 on it. i was going to put a 460 in my truck and i have a t-18 tranny and i need a big block bellhousing for it because i have a 351w which has the small block bellhousing.
