Depending on the front dress, a 351M/400 is approx. 60-75lbs lighter than a 390--around roughly 575 v. 650. With the unique intake/head design on the FE, an alloy intake swap pulls a lot of weight out of the motor. A 351C is another 25-ish lbs lighter than the M/400. Lot of variables but that will get you into the ballpark.
