Did you unplug the connector or unhook the rod? If you did the connector your issue is weird. if you unhooked the actuator rod that was your problem.

I unhooked the electric connector.
My rod was unhooked , I hooked it back up.
Truck barley ran.

I unhooked electric and rod.
Truck ran OK sometimes.

I wired the valve and the truck hardly ran.

I wired it the other way and it so far seems good.

i unplugged it the other day. no problems yet. the funny thing is that these problems never came about till after I changed my oil. Does the ebpv look at anything where oil would change operation?

Does anyone have a photo of what this connector looks like? I cannot find mine with the descriptions in previous posts. Is it possible that my truck does not have it?

its a duetch connector I believe. If you have the engine cover off, look down on the drivers side of the engine valley right under the turbo then move your eyes forward about 3 inches. It will be right tthere. My truck isnt here at the house or I would get a pic for you.
